Another day with Insane weight of Shaun week and 25 mins of Yoga, stretching and meditation. I said i should spend 30 mins for gym, but it lasts longer and longer and longer. :D
the knees are getting a tiny bit better, certainly I dont have the gut to drag myself to Crossfit though I miss it so much. Maybe I would never really become a crossfitter, since my back doens't agree much with this gym. :(
Another alternative... I should go to the gym with instruments so perhaps i could do some moves that is not possible to perform at home? Certainly not swimming! cant stand swimming. Still have to finish my swimming pool membership though! :(
