25 minutes Pure cardio of Shaun Week then Yoga and meditation. Sounds very strange for those who know me, since I so many times claimed that I couldn't stand meditation. However, Stretching Yoga sequences and relaxing music put my heart rate down and I do feel relieved. Taking a hot shower lifted my mood a little bit.
A very good friend of mine asked "how have you been up lately, Thy?"
I'm not good
But not really bad
But definitely not very "normal" - the adjective I regularly use for this kind of question. I think I will reply "I'm working on my problems T, it will be fine as it always was." :) Honestly, physical problem is minor. no big deal. :)

I have been thinking...
When someone nervous, and they are adviced "calm down". that would put the situation into the worse stage. Calm down is just like "you are going nut, calm down", so basically the expression is a short cut of the sentence above. :) this rule would apply to some other cases. :)
What should we do? if you don't know how or what to say, just stay there, silent, or hug them. do not say anything. Sometimes silence speaks much louder.

Working on my internship. Talking to the school, and they assigned a bilingua teacher who would be my tutor, and teach me the technique how to teach English to Italian kids. Koo!
Tomorrow will go to school and finish the final step to activate the program.

My dear brother who hasn't been talking to me for a thousand years (not because we don't love each other, but ... just say we love each other in our own way, and we do feel it). He texted me. With a funny question "how could you cook the silken tofu without breaking it?"
hahhahah! he's hilarious! :)

Multiple choice question.
When you love someone, something sooo sooo much, you will:
1) buy as many as possible so you will always have them
2) stay away from them, try not to bold with them, so when they are gone, you will be fine OR when you are gone, they will be fine too. :)
Oh crap! I think the insomnia is talking here! LOL! :p

Go eat my green apple with nước mắm đường and watch friends now! :) since I'm still in the mood. :)
