 My first rule: Try not to judge anyone 

we are born differently, we have different background and experience. We are raised differently. some can tolerate better than the others. 

But if we are too different, there is no reason to be together. :) I don't have to "stand" you and you don't have to suffer me :) 

My second rule: treat people nicely 

It is simple, I want to be treated with respect, hence I must respect them as well.
